Insight Sangha
Our sangha has been meeting for over six years on Tuesdays
from 7-8:30 at the Healing Arts Center (downstairs). Anyone is
welcome to attend who has some basic understanding of
mindfulness meditation practice.
We sit from 7-7:30, followed by dharma reading/discussion until 8,
and conclude with a second sitting from 8:8:30. We close with a
brief chant.
